One of the important things that needs to be established before you decide to make a life style change in your health is...YOUR MINDSET.
Ask yourself..
How badly do you want it?
Are you determined?
Are you serious?
Are you ready to put in the work?
Can you say NO to certain things?
Do you have patience?
Are you READY?
Even if you don't like it, are you committed in drinking WATER?

Asking yourself those things and Answering those questions to yourself, being totally honest with yourself, is the beginning to a wonderful Healthy Lifestyle!

***Remember food that you like will always be there, but you have to make some smart food choices now. Will you fall off sometimes? Yes you will, but all you can do is get back up again. I like telling people that after you lose your first 20-30 pounds that you are allowed to eat ONE of your favorite bad food  ONCE EVERY OTHER WEEK. NOT EVERY WEEK!
UPDATED AMOUNT OF WATER YOU SHOULD CONSUME

PRACTICING SELF CONTROL IS ANOTHER KEY.
Invest in a healthy recipe book or there are plenty online. I also added a great Hummus recipe when you click on the recipe tab on here. Hummus is a great snack that you can dip raw veggies in or put on top of cucumbers.
